Learn from leaders, designers, and innovators leading in the struggle against climate disruption challenges.

This two day series of workshops will highlight solutions to climate challenges. The first workshop, Wednesday, September 12, is an evening seminar featuring Bay Area groups already involved in climate responses and will feature projects that are economically viable and already influential.

The morning session of the second day, Friday, September 14, will highlight proposals for the next generation of climate change solutions design, from regenerative agriculture, promoting healthy soils, and reconsidered materials management to innovative urban infrastructure and decentralized energy projects. This set of proposed climate solutions are intended to be implemented in the next 2-20 years.

The afternoon session of the second day, Friday, September 14, is intended to be visionary for interconnected subjects that are rarely considered together. These include:  deep time and applicable time scales of response, the novel challenges of human perception in the 21st Century, the nature of information distribution, reconsidered risk assessment, the implications of applying systems theory for a sustainable future, and neural processing of these challenges.
